Kick-start your conference experience with this interactive Preconference Workshop, designed to explore the opportunities and challenges of improving productivity across Aotearoa New Zealand’s water sector as Local Water Done Well is implemented.
Drawing on the Department of Internal Affairs’ Water Services Sector Performance: Issues and Opportunities report, the workshop will bring together sector leaders, practitioners and experts to discuss practical solutions for strengthening strategy and leadership, workforce capability, procurement, asset data standards, and technology and innovation.
Through a mix of keynote perspectives, panel discussions and facilitated workshops, participants will identify tangible actions that Water New Zealand and the wider sector can take to deliver better outcomes for communities across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Whether you’re involved in governance, operations, planning, engineering or service delivery, this workshop offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the future direction of the sector while connecting with peers facing similar challenges.
