The Water New Zealand Conference & Expo 2026 is being held from 22-24 September at Claudelands, Kirikiriroa Hamilton.
The Innovation Forum will be held during one of the Conference lunch breaks. (Day/date will be confirmed closer to the event)
We are inviting you to share your innovative and future-focused idea, product or tool with water professionals at the conference.
Your ‘Innovation’ should relate to water, including but not limited to the following:
- Drinking water
- Wastewater
- Procurement & asset management
- Policy changes/framework
- Science & digital
- Climate change, sustainability & customers
- Te Ao Māori
- Workforce
Everyone is invited! If you have a groundbreaking idea, product or tool that could contribute to improving Aotearoa New Zealand’s water industry you should submit it!
Successful applicants will get a maximum of five minutes to pitch their innovation. You are welcome to submit a video (max.3 minutes) in addition to completing the application form. Successful applicants must register as conference delegates or expo stand personnel.

- Call for Innovation Forum submissions opens: Monday, 30 March
- Call for Innovation Forum submissions closes: Tuesday, 19 May
- Successful Ideas notified: Friday, 26 June
