When is the Water New Zealand Conference and Expo?

Due to COVID-19 the Conference has been postponed from its original date 21-23 September. It will now be held on 7 – 9 December 2021.

Confirming attendance:

I plan on attending the Conference for the reschedule date of 7 – 9 December 2021. What do I need to do?

No action is required. Your registration will be transferred over.

Refund request:

I am registered to attend the Conference and DO NOT plan to attend on the rescheduled dates. What do I need to do?

You may request a full refund by sending an e-mail to waternz@avenues.co.nz.

Programme

I am a presenter at the conference, will my speaking slot be at the equivalent point in the programme?

Absolutely same day, same time but different date, if you are unable to present in person contact us at waternz@avenues.co.nz.

Accommodation:

I have booked accommodation for the postponed conference dates and need to cancel the reservation. What do I need to do?

If you have already booked with Novotel and Ramanda they are aware that our conference has changed dates. Please reconfirm your booking with your hotel.

Travel:

What will happen with my flights?

If you have booked your flights with Air New Zealand these will now need to be changed. Please contact Air New Zealand to advise them. No change fees will apply as long as the changes are made prior to departure of the original flight. Any difference in fares will apply.
