Expo Terms & Conditions

You MUST be a current corporate member of Water New Zealand to exhibit at the Water New Zealand Conference & Expo 2020.  Please contact Pip Donnelly for membership enquiries: reception@waternz.org.nz

Membership Subscriptions are invoiced in July each year. Membership must be paid by Thursday, 20 August 2020 to guarantee your booking. Memberships not paid by this date are subject to booking cancellation.

Water New Zealand will have the right to refuse an organisation at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason for such refusal. Water New Zealand reserves the right to alter any details relating to the Water New Zealand Conference & Expo 2020 at any time leading up to the Conference.

Water New Zealand reserves the right to reassign site space so that the arrangement of the expo is in the best interest of attendees, exhibitors and the conference.

Payment
The Exhibitor is required to make the necessary 50% deposit payment within 24 hours of receiving an invoice to secure your stand. Full payment for the expo stand balance is due on Friday, 19 June 2020.

Cancellation and Refunds
In the event that you wish to cancel your expo stand booking, this must be in writing.

Cancellation received prior to Friday, 28 August will qualify for a full refund.

Cancellation received after Friday, 28 August will qualify for a 50% refund if a replacement exhibitor is found for the cancelled expo stand.
