Registration and Information

The Conference Registration Desk is located beside the entranceway to the Expo, in front of the main entrance to the venue. Please visit the Registration Desk as soon as you arrive at the Conference to register. If you have any queries during the Conference, please see the friendly and helpful staff at the Registration Desk for assistance. The Registration Desk will be open at the following times:

7.30am – 6.30pm
Thursday 21 September
8.00am – 5.00pm
Friday 22 September
8.30am – 12.30pm

A noticeboard will be located at the Registration Desk to advise of any programme or information changes.
Please note the registration desk is unable to store items for delegates. Limited storage will be available at the venue.

Nametags

Please wear your nametag for admission to all sessions, the Expo, morning and afternoon teas and lunches. Security will deny entry to these areas to anyone not wearing a nametag. All visitors to the Conference need to collect a visitor nametag from the Registration Desk upon arrival at the venue.

Expo Visitors

There will be an Expo Visitors’ morning taking place on Friday 22 September from 9:00am. Visitors attending the Expo Visitors’ Morning do not need to pre-register; they simply sign in at the door before entering the Expo. During Wednesday and Thursday, all Expo visitors must report to the Registration Desk upon arrival. A visitor nametag will be issued to allow access to the Expo only during the following times:

2.00pm – 3.15pm

4.00pm – 5.15pm

Thursday
9.00am – 9.45am

10.30am – 11.45am

1.00pm – 2.15pm

Car Parking

Parking is complimentary at the venue. There are parking spaces available for Conference delegates on a first-in first-served basis.

Poster Papers

This year Poster Papers are electronic. Posters will be displayed in the Registration Foyer in from of the Expo Hall.
Poster Paper authors will be available at the Poster Display to answer questions during the Conference’s official Poster session from 12:00pm – 2:00pm on Wednesday 20 September

Donate your Conference Bag

Have enough bags? Drop your Conference Bag at the Registration desk on Friday morning; all bags collected will be donated to Foster Hope NZ, an organisation that works to provide foster kids with the essentials when they are moving into a new home.
